All coffee offered here is 100 %  pure Costa Rican coffee, roasted at the region of origin and shipped from Costa Rica directly to you. Handling & preparation time before shipping your order can be 5 - 7 working days as we rely on small producers/co-ops from all over the country for coffee. Once shipped, it's guaranteed to reach you in 3 - 4 days (DHL).  Payments made with credit cards won’t be charged until your order has been shipped - you will receive a tracking number shortly after. If you have any further questions regarding the status of your order please contact us.  
We ship to continental U.S.A. ONLY but are working to include more countries in the near future. For wholesale orders anywhere else in the world, please contact-us.
Furthermore, CafedotaCostaRica.com  is not liable for orders opened and inspected by customs of the destination country and or any customs fees or import duties they may be subject to - if any, these charges are not included in the product price.

Order errors

If there has been a mistake in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of having received it. Due to local regulations, we can not take back returned products nor make exchanges - you will receive a discount for the same amount of the incorrect products in your next order.  Thank you for your understanding.
